Ownership & Intellectual Property All recordings, footage, audio, and creative content produced by or through LaunchBox Media Group facilities, staff, or engineers remain the intellectual property of LBMG under 17 U.S.C. §§ 101–204. Clients receive a perpetual use license for their finished content. Possession of copies does not convey ownership. Publishing requires proper credit: Produced and Recorded at LaunchBox Media Group – Fort Worth, TX Removal of credit or publication under another name requires a signed Credit Waiver / Buyout Agreement.
