Cancellation Policy
Booking accepts the LaunchBox Master Terms & Conditions v1.0 (launchboxcollective.com/terms), which governs all engagements and controls in any conflict. 1. Contracting Entity. Private contract with LaunchBox Collective LLC (facility, equipment, events, memberships) and/or LaunchBox Media Group LLC (production, engineering, LaunchBox Music, Brand Paths), each a Texas LLC subsidiary of LaunchBox Holdings LLC under the Pfahlert Family Private Trust. 2. Payment. Full payment due at checkout unless written payment plan. Payments final once services commence. Recurring payments after the 3rd incur $25/day late fee. Chargebacks = breach. 3. Plan Usage. Monthly plans (Podcast Starter, memberships, retainers) must be used within the calendar month. Hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing. 4. Rescheduling. 48h notice for hourly sessions, 7d for production, 14d for events, subject to availability. Shorter-notice requests may incur fees or convert to cancellation. 5. Cancellations (Master Terms § 7): Hourly <48h = 100% · Multi-day <14d = 100% · Events <30d = 100%, 30–60d = 90%, 60–90d = 75% · Equipment <48h = 50% · Memberships = 30-day written notice, no proration · Production <48h = 100%, 48h–7d = 75%, 7–14d = 50% · Brand Paths = 30-day written notice, client pays through notice period · Music commissions after work begun = pro rata, 50% min. Force-majeure reschedule available for events per § 14. 6. Intellectual Property (Master Terms § 3): • Facility or equipment rental only (no LBMG crew/engineer/agency): you own your work, including sound recordings and compositions. • LBMG crew, Virtual LED Studio, or Brand Paths: LBMG is producer of record; you receive a non-exclusive perpetual license to final Deliverables; Masters remain LBMG. • LBMG original music (themes, score, event cues) composed for your production: owned by LBMG; default license requires credit; buyouts available. 7. Credit Required (default license): "Produced by LaunchBox Media Group — Recorded at LaunchBox Collective, Fort Worth, TX" and, for LBMG original music, "Original music by LaunchBox Media Group." Removal without a signed Credit Waiver = breach. 8. Add-Ons. Operators, lighting, editing not included unless selected. Engaging these triggers § 6 producer-of-record rules. 9. Conduct. Treat facility, staff, equipment with care. 12-month non-solicitation of LBMG staff. 10. Governing Law. Texas; Tarrant County venue.
