What You’ll Experience: 🎙 Studio Alley Four themed, soundproofed podcast/photo/video studios, each fully equipped and designed for immersive content creation. 🎤 Main Event Space A versatile venue with a 16’ x 20’ stage, wireless mic systems, surround sound, stage lighting, two 75” screens, and a 120” projector — ideal for live events, performances, and community nights. 🎥 LED Wall Virtual Studio A 500 sq ft turnkey virtual production suite with broadcast cameras, wireless audio, video switcher, and a stunning LED wall for immersive livestreams and branded backdrops. 🍽 Content-Friendly Kitchen Ideal for food shoots, events, and hospitality, our kitchen supports both creativity and catering needs. 📸 Infinity Stage Our 2,500 sq ft white cyc stage is fully equipped for commercial shoots, product launches, music videos, and large-scale productions. 💼 Conference Room A private 10-top live-edge table meeting space with a 4’ x 6’ glass dry erase board and 4K TV—perfect for team strategy or show planning. 💄 Green Room Complete with a Hollywood mirror, dressing area, hair & makeup station, TV, and guest seating — ideal for talent prep and VIPs. 🪑 Event Rentals Chiavari chairs, banquet tables, linens, candles, votives, runners, chargers, and glassware — everything needed for an elegant experience. From content creators to corporate brands, LaunchBox offers a private, production-ready space designed to inspire excellence, protect your vision, and simplify execution. IMPORTANT: LaunchBox Collective operates under the Pfahlert Family Private Trust as a Private Membership Association (PMA). All bookings, tours, and services are conducted through private contract, not public commerce. By booking a tour, you agree to enter into a private exploratory engagement.
Cancellation Policy
Private Membership | Trust-Based Operations By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies under private contract between you (“the Member”) and LaunchBox Collective / LaunchBox Media Group, operating under the Pfahlert Family Private Trust. ⸻ 1. Private Contract Notice All services are conducted within the private domain of our Trust and Private Membership Association (PMA). Transactions are private contractual exchanges of value, not public commerce. ⸻ 2. Payment Terms • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. • All sales are final; rescheduling is permitted per section 4 below. • Refunds are not available except for verified system errors on our part. ⸻ 3. Studio Use & Conduct Members agree to treat all LaunchBox facilities, equipment, and staff with care and respect. Damage, misuse, or violation of trust policy may result in fees or suspension of membership. ⸻ 4. Ownership & Intellectual Property All recordings, footage, audio, and creative content produced by or through LaunchBox Media Group facilities, staff, or engineers remain the intellectual property of LBMG under 17 U.S.C. §§ 101–204. Clients receive a perpetual use license for their finished content. Possession of copies does not convey ownership. Publishing requires proper credit: Produced and Recorded at LaunchBox Media Group – Fort Worth, TX Removal of credit or publication under another name requires a signed Credit Waiver / Buyout Agreement.
