How to Prepare for Your Brand Path Session To make the most of your Brand Path consultation, we encourage you to come prepared with a few foundational elements. This ensures our time together is focused, efficient, and impactful. You don’t need everything figured out — just clarity on where you are and where you want to go. Before Your Session, Consider: • Your current brand or idea • What you do, who it’s for, and what stage you’re in (idea, early growth, scaling, pivoting) • Your primary goal • Clarity, direction, growth, repositioning, launch, or refinement • Any existing assets • Website, social channels, visuals, messaging, or past work (if applicable) • Challenges or friction points • What feels stuck, unclear, or inefficient right now • Your desired outcome • What would make this session a success for you? You don’t need everything polished — honesty and openness matter more than perfection. ⸻ What to Expect During the Session This is not a sales call or surface-level consultation. During your Brand Path session, we’ll: • Clarify your vision, positioning, and direction • Identify gaps, opportunities, and misalignment • Explore strategic pathways tailored to your goals • Determine whether a deeper collaboration makes sense Depending on your needs, your session may include insights from multiple members of the LaunchBox team — strategy, creative, production, or operations — ensuring a well-rounded perspective. ⸻ After the Session You’ll walk away with: • Clear next steps • Strategic direction and recommendations • A defined path forward (whether that’s working together or not) If we determine there’s a strong fit, you’ll have the option to continue into a customized Brand Path — built specifically around your goals, pace, and vision.
Cancellation Policy
Private Membership | Trust-Based Operations By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies under private contract between you (“the Member”) and LaunchBox Collective / LaunchBox Media Group, operating under the Pfahlert Family Private Trust. ⸻ 1. Private Contract Notice All services are conducted within the private domain of our Trust and Private Membership Association (PMA). Transactions are private contractual exchanges of value, not public commerce. ⸻ 2. Payment Terms • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. • All sales are final; rescheduling is permitted per section 4 below. • Refunds are not available except for verified system errors on our part. ⸻ 3. Studio Use & Conduct Members agree to treat all LaunchBox facilities, equipment, and staff with care and respect. Damage, misuse, or violation of trust policy may result in fees or suspension of membership. ⸻ 4. Ownership & Intellectual Property All recordings, footage, audio, and creative content produced by or through LaunchBox Media Group facilities, staff, or engineers remain the intellectual property of LBMG under 17 U.S.C. §§ 101–204. Clients receive a perpetual use license for their finished content. Possession of copies does not convey ownership. Publishing requires proper credit: Produced and Recorded at LaunchBox Media Group – Fort Worth, TX Removal of credit or publication under another name requires a signed Credit Waiver / Buyout Agreement.
